Hello everyone! I am thrilled to announce the release of my new book, Identified: Ephesians Bible Study for Youth. Like many youth pastors, I write a lot of my own material for our youth discipleship groups. It’s challenging to give teenagers a fun and engaging way to learn how to study the Bible, but this is our number one goal.

As a youth pastor and mentor, I’ve seen firsthand the struggles that teenagers face in understanding who they are and where they belong. The book of Ephesians offers timeless wisdom and encouragement, reminding us that our identity is not found in the shifting sands of society’s expectations but is firmly rooted in the love and grace of Jesus Christ.

What to Expect

This Bible study is designed to be engaging, thought-provoking, and deeply transformative. Here’s a sneak peek at what you’ll find inside:

  • Interactive Lessons: Each chapter of Ephesians is broken down into two days of individual study, with thought-provoking questions and activities for each student to complete at home.

  • Large Group Time: For youth group leaders, each week consists of:

    • A youth group lesson plan

    • Large Group Games/Activities

    • Suggestions for small group breakouts

    • Questions for Discussion

    • Two take home studies for the student

      As a special bonus, week 5 includes a simple Youth Spiritual Gifts Survey for each student. Discussion questions about these Surveys are provided during the small group breakout.
